Frequently Asked Questions

We provide various special introductory offer courses and Masterclass courses for a one-time payment to allow you to experience the health teachings from Udo Erasmus. The Membership is a program that allows unlimited access to all standard courses taught by Udo Erasmus, with the exception of Masterclass courses. The membership is a monthly commitment for up to 1-year to allow you to have a total health transformation. 

Any payments you make, or any free trial offers that you sign up for, will send the appropriate receipt(s) to the email you signed up with. If you've checked your email and still aren't sure (be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well), go to your Course Library and any courses you currently own or programs you signed up for will be there.

The receipt that is sent to your email upon purchase indicates whether the payment is one-time or monthly (recurring).

To make changes to your account, click on your profile on the top right hand corner of the screen. Under your profile tab, you will find the options for Settings and to Logout.  Click on Settings. Here, you will be able to make various changes to your account by clicking on the different sections to the left, including updating your profile information, changing your password, changing your avatar, etc.

Please submit the customer support form at the bottom of this page to request cancellation. Optionally, we encourage feedback or reason for cancellation to help us better improve our programs.

You have 24/7/365 access to courses in a secure membership area where you can have consume the entire course at your own pace.

Courses are delivered digitally in a secure membership area via video, PDFs, emails and Facebook Lives.

From the day you purchase you have a 30-day, no questions asked refund period where all you have to do is message us via the Contact Customer Support form at the bottom of this page and you will be refunded within 48 hours.

If you follow the official Udo Erasmus page on Facebook, you will be notified when Udo goes live. Additionally, if you are subscribed to our mailing list, you will receive an email at least 24 hours before the livestream.
